Each of our clients is assigned an account manager based in our nearest office to them. The account manager will arrange regular face-to-face meetings at the client's convenience.

Our central client servicing team looks after clients in parts of the world where we do not have a physical presence. It maintains regular communication with them via e-mail, telephone and fax.

The portfolio team provides all our clients with bespoke information about the types of investments that suit their personal requirements.

All the portfolio valuations we provide are net of fees and charges, so our clients know the exact value of their assets 24/7.

What's more, we keep our clients updated about changes in the market via email and SMS alerts.
